There are knitting groups everywhere!  These groups are a great way to relax with friends, share ideas and (most importantly) meet people who are also addicted to yarn and knitting and don't think that it is strange!

But if you are a new knitter just moved into the area it can be hard to find out where these groups are.  I would like this page to be an information source for the many knitting groups out there.

The Onslow Fibrecrafts Guild

is a friendly group of people interested in all sorts of fibre techniques - knitting, spinning, weaving, felting, and all the othe wonderful things that can be done with fibre.                       They meet 3 times a month (on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday mornings of the month and the 3rd Tuesday evening of the month) in Johnsonville.
